Kapil Sharma
Govt. Polytechnic L& S at Udaipur Camp at Sundernagar
Batch: 2013-2016
Founder of Brothers Construction and Real Estate, Chandigarh
|
I am Kapil Sharma Founder of Brothers construction and Real Estate at Chandigarh. I am an alumni of Government Polytechnic Lahaul & Spiti at Udaipur. I was determined to turn my passion for building into something tangible—something that would leave a lasting impact on people’s lives. The idea of starting my own construction business wasn’t just a career decision. It was a dream rooted in my desire to create structures that inspire and endure.
The journey began with humble beginnings that are buying doing job in a builder company for making me financially stable. After doing job for 2 years with limited resources but an abundance of determination, I took my first steps into the competitive world of construction. Those early days were a mix of excitement and relentless hard work. I wore multiple hats—meeting clients, managing labour, sourcing materials, and even troubleshooting on-site challenges. Every day brought a new lesson, and with each project, my confidence grew.
As the business grew, I began to focus not just on building structures but also on fostering relationships—with clients, partners and my team. I learned that a successful construction business isn’t just about bricks and mortar; it’s about trust, collaboration, and delivering on promises.
Looking back, I realize how much my college education contributed to this journey. The technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership lessons I gained during those years were instrumental in navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
Today, I am proud to say that my construction business stands as a testament to perseverance and passion. Every project we undertake is more than just a structure—it’s a symbol of dreams realized and futures built.
