Infrastructure or Facilities
Govt. polytechnic Lahaul & Spiti is currently running in the premises of its mentor institute Govt Polytechnic Sunder Nagar making the best use of the available resources along with creating its own.
The institution has set up it's own computer lab to be used multi-purposely for Basics of IT, Auto-CAD and Practice in Communication Skills.
Along with this, the institution has also set up a Surveying lab, Environmental lab, Soil and Foundation Lab, Concrete Technology and Highway Engg. Labs ;
where as Applied and Fluid Mechanics, Workshops Technology, Applied Physics and Applied Chemistry labs and playground for sports related activities are being shared with the mentor institute.
The institution has its own library and book bank facility where hundreds of books and latest journals are available for the students.
Govt. Polytechnic Udaipur camp at Sundernagar is situated on Chandigarh –Manali
National Highway (NH-21) at a distance of 175 Km From Chandigarh towards Manali
and well connected with the transport facility.
